Over Thanksgiving Break, the kids and I spent some time getting the tack room and one stall in the barn operational. I’d hoped to get two stalls up and running, but couldn't because the walls need to stay open until the electrical is in and inspected. Alas.
Siena was a great help assembling new shelving for the tack room and West helped measure plywood for the stalls.
While it felt great to get some work done on the barn, it also felt great just to be in the barn. The sheep, chickens and ducks seem to feel right at home too.
Now, if we can only convince the donkeys to go inside!
